Location: Union, MO
Schedule: Full-Time

Material Handlers and Forklift Drivers are essential to moving and staging aluminum materials safely and efficiently throughout the plant.

• Monday–Thursday: 10-hour shifts (4x10s)
• Friday: 8-hour shift (overtime)
• Total: 48 hours per week, including 8 hours of guaranteed overtime
• Note:
  
  This schedule reflects current business needs. Overtime may decrease in the winter, but for the foreseeable future, Friday work is standard.

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials.
• Stage raw materials for production and remove finished goods.
• Perform daily equipment checks and report issues.
• Maintain organized storage areas.

• Forklift experience preferred; certification a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet.
• Dependable and safety-minded.
• Willingness to work overtime as scheduled.
