Position: Night Shift Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN) $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

  • We are hiring for a night shift nurse supervisor!

  • Available

    Shifts:

    Monday - Friday with a steady rotation of working every other weekend.

Pay, Benefits and Perks of Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN):
  • $15,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidate! Sign-on bonus is paid out over the course of 12 payments, which occur monthly.
  • Night Shift Differential Pay is an additional $1.50 / hour!
  • Paid Time Off (PTO+) added to your balance after 30 days of employment; immediately accrue more PTO as you work! (full-time only)
  • Earn PTO+ for every quarter of perfect attendance (full-time only)

Essential Functions of Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN):
  • Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
  • The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
  • Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
  • Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs
  • Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders
  • Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications
  • Administers medications
  • Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
  • Documents that treatment as required
  • Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications of Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN):
  • Graduate of accredited RN or LPN School of Nursing
  • One year of nursing experience is preferred
  • Valid RN or LPN license in state of Missouri
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
  • Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
