Available Shifts

Monday - Friday with a steady rotation of working every other weekend.

Pay, Benefits and Perks of Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN)

• $15,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time qualifying candidate! Sign‑on bonus is paid out over the course of 12 monthly payments.
• Night Shift Differential Pay: $1.50 per hour.
• Paid Time Off (PTO+) added to your balance after 30 days of employment; accrue more PTO as you work (full‑time only).
• Earn PTO+ for every quarter of perfect attendance (full‑time only).
• 6 observed holidays with premium pay or leave plus 1 floating holiday for full‑time employees.
• Up to $5,000 per in‑tuition/education reimbursement per calendar year for approved programs of study.

Essential Functions of Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN)

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing.
• Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards.
• Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans.
• Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs.
• Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders.
• Assign nursing care to team members in accordance with resident needs and staff capabilities and qualifications.
• Administer medications.
• Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents.
• Document treatments as required.
• Ensure supplies are utilized efficiently and equipment is clean and maintained safely.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications of Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN)

• Graduate of accredited RN or LPN School of Nursing.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Missouri.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
• Work cooperatively as a member of a team.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of the organization.
• React decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff.
