Monday - Friday with a steady rotation of working every other weekend.
Pay, Benefits and Perks of Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN)- $15,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time qualifying candidate! Sign‑on bonus is paid out over the course of 12 monthly payments.
- Night Shift Differential Pay: $1.50 per hour.
- Paid Time Off (PTO+) added to your balance after 30 days of employment; accrue more PTO as you work (full‑time only).
- Earn PTO+ for every quarter of perfect attendance (full‑time only).
- 6 observed holidays with premium pay or leave plus 1 floating holiday for full‑time employees.
- Up to $5,000 per in‑tuition/education reimbursement per calendar year for approved programs of study.
- Take home up to 75% of net earned wages at the end of every shift.

- Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing.
- Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards.
- Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans.
- Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs.
- Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders.
- Assign nursing care to team members in accordance with resident needs and staff capabilities and qualifications.
- Administer medications.
- Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents.
- Document treatments as required.
- Ensure supplies are utilized efficiently and equipment is clean and maintained safely.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Graduate of accredited RN or LPN School of Nursing.
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
- Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Missouri.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
- Work cooperatively as a member of a team.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of the organization.
- React decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff.
