- Nights – 6:00 pm to 6:00 am with Shift Differential!
- $15,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time qualifying candidate!
- Night Shift Differential Pay is an additional $2.00 per hour.
- Paid Time Off (PTO+) added to your balance after 30 days of employment; immediately accrue more PTO as you work (full‑time only).
- Earn PTO+ for every quarter of perfect attendance (full‑time only).
- 6 observed holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 floating holiday for full‑time employees.
- Up to $5,000 per calendar year for tuition/education reimbursement for approved programs of study.

- Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing.
- Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards.
- Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans.
- Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs.
- Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders.
- Assign nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications.
- Administer medications.
- Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents.
- Document treatments as required.
- Ensure supplies are utilized economically, and equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing.
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
- Valid LPN license in the state of Missouri.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
- Work cooperatively as a member of a team.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their family members, and at all levels of the organization.
- React decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff.
