• Nights – 6:00 pm to 6:00 am with Shift Differential!

• $15,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time qualifying candidate!
• Night Shift Differential Pay is an additional $2.00 per hour.
• Paid Time Off (PTO+) added to your balance after 30 days of employment; immediately accrue more PTO as you work (full‑time only).
• Earn PTO+ for every quarter of perfect attendance (full‑time only).
• 6 observed holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 floating holiday for full‑time employees.
• Up to $5,000 per calendar year for tuition/education reimbursement for approved programs of study.

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing.
• Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards.
• Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans.
• Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs.
• Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders.
• Assign nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications.
• Administer medications.
• Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents.
• Document treatments as required.
• Ensure supplies are utilized economically, and equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• Valid LPN license in the state of Missouri.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
• Work cooperatively as a member of a team.
• Communicate effectively with residents, their family members, and at all levels of the organization.
• React decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff.
