As a Registered Nurse in our Hospital at Home program, you’ll deliver hospital-level treatments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional care.

As a Mercy HaH Acute Registered Nurse, you will:

• Provide high-quality acute care in a home setting.
• Conduct clinical assessments, teach patients, and document care.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to ensure seamless care.
• Embrace our mission and culture while delivering compassionate care.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Education: A degree from an accredited registered nursing program.
• Licensure: A current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Experience: At least two years in an acute inpatient or emergency department setting.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support Health Care Provider card (or complete within 30 days).
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Willingness to travel within the Mercy HaH geographic area.
