As a Mercy HaH Acute Registered Nurse (RN) , you will:

• Deliver daily hospital-level patient care in a home setting.
• Conduct clinical and home assessments, provide treatments, and document care.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Provide advanced acute skilled nursing care.
• Educate patients and families on health management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and care coordination.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Licensure: Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Experience: Minimum of two years in an acute inpatient or emergency department setting.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support Health Care Provider card (or complete within 30 days).
• Skills: Strong nursing, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Travel: Required within the Mercy HaH geographic area.
