** Responsibility Profile:
*** Answer phones and direct calls accordingly.
* Compile data, reports, and figures for review.
* Ensure communication is routed to the appropriate parties.
* Greet all visitors, employees, and other people with a polite and professional manner.
* Conduct research as necessary on various company topics.
* Attend meetings, conferences, and teams/zoom calls.
* Set up conference rooms for meetings and conferences.
* Help direct employees with concerns to the appropriate parties.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
** Qualifications
* ** One (1) year work experience.
* High School Diploma.
