About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Customer Supply Chain Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration and ongoing success of our largest and most complex customer accounts globally. You'll lead a team, drive process improvements, and leverage your technical expertise to deliver exceptional supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Launch & Integration:
    Support the team with leading the successful launch and onboarding of large B2B customer accounts, ensuring robust supply chain processes are in place from the outset.
  • Global Customer Management:
    Manage supply chain relationships with a diverse portfolio of global customers, understanding and adapting to regional nuances and requirements.
  • EDI Expertise:
    Act as the subject matter expert for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) practices, ensuring efficient and accurate data exchange with customers and internal systems.
  • Process Improvement & Development:
    Identify, design, and implement innovative supply chain processes to optimise efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. You'll have a proven track record of overhauling existing processes and developing new, scalable solutions.
  • Problem Solving:
    Proactively identify and resolve complex supply chain issues, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    Utilise Google Sheets/Excel to a very high proficiency, creating insightful reports and dashboards that provide actionable intelligence on supply chain performance.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal teams including commercial, finance, D&T and the wider supply chain team to ensure alignment and drive customer success.
About you
  • 4–10 years of experience in B2B customer supply chain management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing large, complex customer accounts.
  • Demonstrated global B2B customer experience, understanding the complexities of international supply chains.
  • Deep understanding and practical experience with EDI practices and their application in a supply chain context.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a history of implementing effective solutions.
  • Proven experience in overhauling and developing new processes, driving significant improvements.
  • Highly proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, capable of advanced data manipulation, analysis, and report generation.
  • Prior experience in a line management role, with a proven track record of leading and developing a small team with a passion for coaching and mentoring.
  • Bonus points for:
    Experience in customer service or customer experience roles, familiarity with relevant tools, processes, and systems
