• Play an active role in the continued success and growth of our team, alongside an impressive client list and ambition to continue building new and lasting national and international client relationships.
• Work across a broad spectrum of corporate work, including private equity, M&A, strategic investments and re‑organisations.
• Day‑to‑day, take a solution‑led approach, listening to clients’ challenges and understanding their businesses in order to provide tailored advice and bespoke, premium solutions.

• Experience as a high‑performing Corporate Lawyer.
