EU​/CIS Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the planning needs for localized promotion of contracts on the platform, identifying local Crypto channels, agents, and high-quality KOLs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for channels, agents, or KOLs, handling activities, feedback, coordination, and related matters.
• Work with growth operations and channels/agents/KOLs to design and execute effective campaigns aimed at acquiring more contract users, improving contract user conversion rates, and increasing contract trading volume.
• Responsible for expanding local contract resources, completing business development, brand collaborations, resource exchanges, and other related tasks.
• Achieve the corresponding KPI performance targets within the team.

• Over two years of experience in financial BD or related fields, with an understanding of local cryptocurrency policies and trends.
• No restrictions on nationality or language; proficiency in at least Chinese or English is required.
• Preference for candidates with resources in crypto contracts, futures, stocks, or financial literacy communities.
• A certain level of understanding of cryptocurrency-related terminology and trends, with an enthusiasm for crypto culture.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours and engage frequently with the crypto community as needed.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as You Tube, Whats App, Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and Instagram, with personal insights and unique perspectives on KOL-generated content.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as BD team leader.
