*** Respond via email and phone to Internet Leads
* Determine each customer's needs by asking the correct questions
* Set appointments for service department and follow up to confirm
* Ensure a positive customer experience
* Introduce customers to service team
* Enter customer information into CRM
* Outbound and inbound customer phone calls.
* Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
* Experience in customer service, call center or retail sales
* Dealership experience, a plus
* Ability to handle heavy phone volume
* Persuasive- knack for sales and customer service
* Strong communication skills –verbal and written
* Excellent computer skills
* Highly organized with attention to detail

The expected pay range for this position is ($15.59 (Hourly+Commissions).Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
