Job Description:The Student Accessibility Services provides support for students with disabilities at the Eastern Campus. We support students with disabilities across all Tri-C campuses. Common disability types include learning disabilities, sensory limitations, psychiatric conditions, physical mobility conditions, and chronic health issues. Candidates should have experience working with diverse populations, providing information and customer service, and knowledge of the Eastern Campus and the My Tri-C student portal.
Must be currently enrolled at Tri-C and be 18 years or older.
- Maintain 6 credit hours each semester
- Maintain satisfactory academic progress
- Adhere to the College's confidentiality policy
- Pass background and drug screening
- Answer phones and take messages
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, copying, and faxing
- Open and sort mail
- Have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Willing to learn new technology
- Assist with special projects
- Other duties as assigned
