We are inviting Adjunct Faculty applications for upcoming semesters in General Education Math. Positions are filled on an as‑needed basis; eligible candidates may be contacted when an opening becomes available.

• Teach undergraduate general‑education math courses in‑person at the Union campus, including Basic Algebra, Statistics, Foundations of Math, and Problem Solving.
• Lead supplemental learning instructional sessions with students as required.
• Implement student‑centered teaching methodologies such as small‑group instruction, flipped‑classroom design, cooperative, inquiry, and project‑based learning.
• Provide the required faculty availability (at least 1 hour per week for a 3‑ or 4‑credit class; at least ½ hour per week for a 1‑ or 2‑credit class). Availability may be in person or virtual.

• Master’s degree in a related field and teaching experience; candidates with an ABD, Ed.D., Ph.D., or other acceptable doctoral degree are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in a Learning Management System consistent with University guidelines.

• Effective September 2024: $1,975 per credit.
• Effective September 2025: $2,100 per credit.
• Effective September 2026: $2,225 per credit.
• Beginning in their 13th semester taught, Adjuncts receive an additional $75 per credit.
