Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive instruction on low voltage, telecommunications, networking, and integrated audio-video systems.
- Guide students through practical, hands‑on applications to ensure mastery of industry‑standard installation techniques.
- Foster a professional learning environment that emphasizes accountability, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth and technical proficiency.
- Maintain equipment and instructional materials to ensure a high‑quality, safe, and effective training experience.
- Mentor students on the importance of career readiness and professional conduct within the electrical trade.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in high and low voltage systems.
- Demonstrated proficiency in audio/video system installation and residential or commercial integration.
- Practical knowledge of IP phone systems, networking fundamentals, and wireless technologies.
- Technical expertise in fiber optic splicing and termination procedures.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
- Prior experience in a teaching, training, or mentorship capacity.
- Advanced certifications in electrical or telecommunications systems.
- Proven ability to adapt instructional methods to diverse learning styles.
