Your impact
Deliver accredited HVAC curriculum in both classroom and lab settings.
Run live demonstrations and facilitate safe, hands-on practice with industry-standard equipment.
Design engaging learning experiences and a supportive climate for growth.
Assess understanding, document progress, and offer actionable feedback.
Keep content aligned with current codes, tools, and technologies.
Partner with faculty to elevate program quality and student outcomes.
Coach students toward certifications and job-readiness.
What you’ll need3+ years of hands-on HVAC technician experience.
High school diploma or GED.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Talent for motivating and engaging diverse learners.
A passion for teaching and mentoring.
Choose your schedule
Part-time Evening:
Monday – Thursday, 6:15 PM – 10:30 PMPart-time Weekend:
Friday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMPerks and support
