Finance And Insurance Manager

Maplecrest Ford Lincoln is expanding and we're looking for a motivated and detailed oriented professional to join are FINANCE DEPARTMENT.

What You'll Do:

• Work closely with customers to provide tailored solutions.
• Secure and process loan and lease deals.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and compliant.
• Present and sell finance and insurance products [ extended warranties, protection plans.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive overall profitability.

• Previous automotive finance experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Familiarity with DMS and dealership finance tools is a plus
• ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer focused environment
