Rehabilitation Aide (Per Diem)

Base pay range: $20.05/hr – $33.11/hr

Atlantic Rehabilitation Union – Union, NJ

Schedule:

Mondays & Wednesdays 11a-7p;
Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 7a-3p

• Provides non‑clinical assistance during treatment sessions as directed by licensed therapists
• Monitors patient safety in the gym and notifies clinicians of any concerns
• Prepares treatment areas prior to patient sessions
• Clean and sanitizes equipment and treatment spaces per infection control policies
• Performs routine safety checks on equipment and reports maintenance needs
• Stock supplies and maintains rehab inventory
• Maintains compliance with HIPAA and hospital documentation standards
• Communicates effectively with therapists, front desk staff, and clinical leadership
• Participates in departmental meetings and required training
• Adheres to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience working with patients preferred.
• Preference given to those interested in or actively seeking a career in Physical or Occupational Therapy.
