Qualifications- Associate's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration
- National Certification of CHAA upon hire
- 3 years experience in Patient Access in a business office setting
- Experience with insurance eligibility systems
- 3 years utilization of medical terminology in a job setting
- Knowledge of medical billing codes
- 1 year knowledge of Epic applications
