This role offers a base pay range of $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr.

Job Summary

Our Client Services Representative will provide program coordination and perform administrative functions for our clientele. They will interact with Neuropath Healthcare Solutions clients, ensuring services are delivered and resolving complaints. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking to customers, can multitask efficiently, is organized, flexible, and driven.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Interact with clients via telephone or email to provide support and information on products or services.
  • Collect and enter requests for new or additional services.
  • Assign cases and schedule services.
  • Field client inquiries and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forward it to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
  • Perform client satisfaction calls.
  • Ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve clients’ problems and concerns.
  • Maintain client accounts and records of client interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Attend in‑service training as required by regulation.
  • Adhere to all agency administrative and clinical policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Salary starts at $20 per hour.
  • At least a year of relevant experience.
  • Experience with eClinical Works or a similar EMR is required.
  • Experience in an office setting.
  • Onsite, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Must consent to and pass a formal background check including fingerprinting.
Skills/Abilities
  • Medical scheduling experience is required.
  • Healthcare or Behavioral Healthcare experience is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Service‑oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole preferred.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required with at least one year of relevant experience.
