Responsibilities- Help establish our organization by recruiting the right team members, driving business development, and building essential systems and relationships
- As the organization grows, focus on full-time clinical leadership, including:
- Supervision structure
- Documentation standards
- Staff development
- Quality of care across the board
- Leverage your entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities and drive growth
- Collaborate with our team to build a comprehensive ABA therapy program
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community partners
- Licensed BCBA with hands-on clinical experience
- Active New Jersey LBA license, required
- Leadership instincts, with experience managing people and processes
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to adapt to changing circumstances
- Commitment to building something excellent, rather than just functional
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

- Annual salary: $80,000 - $100,000
