Help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence every day. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a collaborative healthcare team in Union, NJ, focused on exceptional patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do- Evaluate and treat patients with mobility and functional challenges
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Deliver hands-on therapy to restore movement and improve quality of life
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with practice standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and patient families for optimal care
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
- Active PT license or ability to obtain
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying patient needs and care settings
