Human Resource Specialist

• Manage recruitment efforts: job postings, candidate screening, and interviews
• Maintain employee records and update HR systems
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training programs
• Respond to employee questions on benefits, policies, and procedures
• Support payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Assist with employee engagement activities and team‑building events
• Track time off, process leave requests, and assist with benefits administration

• Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (minimum)
• 1+ years of HR or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Familiarity with labour laws and HR best practices (a plus)

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Type: Full‑Time, W2
