Codertal is looking for a creative and highly skilled Generative AI Developer to design, train, and deploy generative models that deliver high-quality and meaningful outputs. You will work with cutting-edge architectures such as transformers, diffusion models, LLMs, and multimodal systems to support innovative AI-driven projects for our international clients.

You will collaborate closely with AI researchers, designers, and engineering teams to bring generative AI concepts to production environments while ensuring performance, scalability, and ethical use.

• ✅ Develop and fine-tune generative models (LLMs, diffusion models, GANs, VAEs, etc.)
• ✅ Build end-to-end pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment
• ✅ Optimize model performance, quality, and inference speed
• ✅ Implement multimodal architectures for text, images, audio, and code generation
• ✅ Collaborate with product and research teams to translate ideas into working AI features
• ✅ Conduct experiments, evaluate model outputs, and iterate towards the best results
• ✅ Ensure compliance with data privacy, ethical guidelines, and responsible AI practices

• ✔️ Proven experience as a Generative AI Developer or ML Engineer working with generative models
• ✔️ Expertise in Python and ML frameworks:
  Py Torch ,
  Tensor Flow
  , JAX
• ✔️ Hands-on experience with LLMs, diffusion models, GANs, VAEs or similar architectures
• ✔️ Familiarity with Hugging Face ecosystem, training loops, and fine-tuning techniques
• ✔️ Strong understanding of transformer-based architectures and attention mechanisms
• ✔️ Experience with scalable compute, model optimization, and cloud deployment
• ✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, ML, Computer Science, or related fields
• ✔️ Intermediate to high level of English
• ✔️ Must be located within the European Union
