We're seeking a results‑driven Google User Acquisition Manager at one of Ruby Labs' fastest‑growing companies. You'll manage substantial advertising budgets across 30+ regions, optimizing Search, Display, PMax, and Demand Gen campaigns at scale.
This role is for someone ready to bring their expertise, work intensively, and grow with us. We need autonomous decision‑makers who manage their path to success independently while preparing clear weekly strategies. You should take complete ownership of our ad accounts with meticulous attention to performance and growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesPeak Performance Execution: Deliver exceptional daily performance across Google Search, Display, PMax, and Demand Gen campaigns with relentless focus on ROI optimization and profitability maximization across 30+ regions.
Advanced Data Analysis & Autonomous Decision‑Making: Conduct in‑depth daily analysis of all campaign data, diving deep into performance metrics to uncover insights others miss. Utilize all available data to autonomously decide which countries and GEOs to scale, prioritizing maximum ROI and most effective budget allocation on a daily basis.
Campaign Mastery: Launch, test, and aggressively scale Google Ads campaigns while optimizing every aspect – keywords, targeting, bidding, and budget allocation – to consistently squeeze absolute maximum potential from every campaign.
Continuous Innovation & Competitive Intelligence: Proactively research new tools, platform updates, and optimization techniques while analyzing competitor strategies to maintain our competitive edge and discover untapped growth opportunities.
Proven Track Record: Minimum 4 years of hands‑on Google Ads experience with demonstrated ability to scale budgets profitably and achieve exceptional ROI performance across multiple regions.
High‑Budget Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing significant monthly ad spend ($100K+) across Search, Display, PMax, and Demand Gen campaigns with consistent profitability and growth results.
Multi‑GEO Management: Experience managing campaigns across multiple countries and regions with proven ability to make autonomous scaling decisions based on performance data.
Data Mastery: Advanced analytical skills with Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP) and ability to build custom analysis models. Proven track record of diving deep into performance data to uncover insights that others miss.
Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of Google Ads account structure, keyword research tools (Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner), and advanced campaign optimization techniques.
Autonomous Decision‑Making: Self‑driven individual who thrives under pressure, makes independent strategic decisions, and consistently exceeds targets in fast‑paced, results‑oriented environments.
