• 4+ years in product/data. You’ve worked with huge data volumes, fast-moving teams, and own your backlog in B2B iGaming or B2C slots

• SQL on a senior level.
  Click House is king, Snowflake is fine.
• Power BI / Tableau / Redash — doesn’t matter. You tell stories, not just charts.
• Comfort with ambiguity.
