ResponsibilitiesAs a Management Trainee (MT), you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful. You will also go into the community to establish relationships essential to building your own business. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, while always putting our customers first. Qualifications- Bachelor s degree required.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in one of the following areas:
- Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
- Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted US driver s license.
- New Jersey DMV Requirements:
First-time drivers and under 21 years old must complete the mandatory Graduated Driver License (GDL) program requirements. - Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Able to work an average of 46 hours per week, with availability beyond religious observations.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Competitive Compensation: target $62,704 annually (based on $24.61/hr) plus overtime for a 46-hour workweek.
- Paid Time Off: 5 days upon hire, 12 days in first year, plus 6 holidays.
