Advanced Gastroenterology Group (AGG), a family-oriented and growing practice, is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to join our established team of 8 physicians. This is a unique opportunity for both new and experienced candidates to grow with a thriving, patient-focused group in Union, NJ
, with satellite offices throughout central New Jersey.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner (preferred) or Physician Assistant to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment in Union, NJ, with additional responsibilities at Trinitas Regional Medical Center in Livingston, NJ.
This new position reflects AGG’s ongoing growth and commitment to delivering exceptional care to our patients. As part of our team, this candidate will contribute to innovative programs in fatty liver disease management and diet initiatives, as well as inpatient and outpatient gastroenterology services.
Position Details:- Hybrid Locations:
- Hospital-based work at Trinitas Regional Medical Center:
- Rounding one weekend per month.
- Manning an outpatient clinic at Trinitas.
- Union private practice office:
- Management of fatty liver disease programs.
- Oversight of diet programs.
- Seeing patients and signing off on pathology reports.
- Hospital-based work at Trinitas Regional Medical Center:

- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of New Jersey (DEA and CDS required).
