Nurse Practitioner, Part-Time - Assisted Living and Home Visits

Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey’s largest non‑profit healthcare networks, is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join the Assisted Living and Home Visit team located near Union, New Jersey. The NP will visit patients who are 65 years or older in their homes and assisted‑living facilities for primary care visits in the Union County area. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the geriatric community.

$58.56/hr – $103.06/hr

This part‑time position is 15 hours per week with no weekend requirement or call duties. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a practicing NP in internal medicine/geriatric medicine and a passion for caring for the geriatric population. The NP is supported by physicians and resident physicians in a well‑established practice.

• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing NP
• Primary Care/Geriatric experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
