BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, field-based role covering Monmouth, Middlesex, Union, and Somerset Counties, NJ. You’ll perform OASIS SOC admissions, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate care with physicians and families to ensure a smooth home health start.
Ideal candidates have NJ RN licensure, at least one year of clinical nursing and home health experience, strong assessment and communication skills, and the ability to travel
