Crew Manager

White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is over 103 years old and is looking for friendly, fun and energetic Crew Managers. Candidates should have previous food service or management experience and possess caring, responsible, and trustworthy leadership qualities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Organizing shifts and managing schedules.
• Handling cash, operating the cash register and drive‑through.
• Managing inventory and maintaining sanitation.
• Motivating and leading the team.
• Preparing orders and operating fryer/griddle.
• Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Compensation: $19.50 – $24.90 per hour.

Requirements:

• Must love to smile, laugh, and have fun.
• At least 1 year of food service or management experience.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly.
• Enjoy working in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
• Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty.
• Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect.
• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire.
