This is a Shift Manager position for a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee, not McDonald’s USA, is the employer responsible for all employment matters.

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and managers during a shift to ensure quality, service and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift.
• Help assigned departments meet their goals and targets during shifts.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Starting rate $19.50/hour
