Pay Range$60,000 – $120,000 per year, based on market, education, experience and certifications.

About General Merchandise & Food SalesThe General Merchandise and Food Sales team maintains an accurate and inviting store environment by managing inventory, pricing, presentation, and food safety.
Key Responsibilities- Drive total store sales and contribute to store profitability.
- Manage Food & Beverage, food services, inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all GM areas.
- Lead a team of experts in operations, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Oversee pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work (if applicable).
- Develop and execute a workload plan to maintain guest readiness.
- Conduct regular check‑ins with the team to ensure task completion.
- Manage GM backroom and sales‑floor areas, analyze reports, and resolve gaps.
- Plan and coordinate team leader workload planning and sales plans.
- Direct the fulfillment team to meet order accuracy and delivery standards.
- Champion a food‑safety culture, train and coach the team in standards.
- Drive a culture of accountability and performance management.
- Schedule coverage to meet guest and business needs (early, overnight, weekends).
- Ensure products are in stock, fresh, and accurately priced.
- Assist in operational and organizational change initiatives.
- Anticipate and respond to store trends.
- Provide excellent shopping experiences and ethical conduct.
- Follow all safety and security protocols.
- Address store needs during emergencies or regulatory visits.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- 4‑year degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage business.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Business acumen and ability to analyze data.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and conflict.
- Leadership and accountability skills.
- Problem solving, decision making, and quantitative analysis.
- Adaptability to new technologies and priorities.
- Capability to work independently and prioritize workload.
- Access all building areas to address guest or team member issues.
- Interpret instructions, reports, and information accurately.
- Efficiently handle and move merchandise, lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Accurately handle cash register operations.
- Ability to climb ladders.
- Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and regular attendance.
