Commercial Lines Construction Account Manager - Independently Owned Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 110k/year - Union, NJ

Our client, a dynamic and growing independent agency, is seeking a talented Commercial Lines Construction Account Manager to join their team. In this role, the Commercial Lines Construction Account Manager will support their construction insurance practice, working in an environment that values white-glove customer service and a family-oriented culture.

• Act as a liaison between insurance companies providing coverage and insurance salespeople selling policies.
• Prepares renewals, new business applications, and endorsement requests.
• Identify rates for various coverage options and inputs detailed information into relevant databases.
• Support team members by offering guidance, addressing questions, and contributing to their growth through effective orientation, training, and ongoing development.
• Handle renewal book and service (along with one assistant).

• 5+ years prior related experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of NYC laws, coverages, workers compensation, and construction credits.
• Current Property & Casualty License (P&C).
• Proficiency in AMS
  360.
• Ability to manage a 15M book of business.

• Base salary to 110k/year plus revenue sharing plan participation.
