• Build a used-car inventory through direct contacts, generated leads, off site auctions, dealers, internet inquiries from customers, or the service drive
• Manage intake and purchase process by appraising vehicles based on condition, negotiating purchase price, and processing all purchase-related documentation
• Identify acquisition opportunities through Kelley Blue Book ICO, traditional auctions, or Service Drive customers
• Monitor market and retail trends to plan inventory needs
• Collaborate with service and sales team to ensure acquired vehicles are being reconditioned as needed and sold in a timely manner
• Respond to in-store and online vehicle exchange inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner

• 2 years of automotive industry experience
• Additional experience in retail, sales, telemarketing, or similar customer-facing roles welcomed
• Ability to work independently and meet goals with minimal oversight
• Familiarity with dealership and customer relationship management systems
• Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and retention
• Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
• Strong organizational skills and tech-savvy mindset
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $80,000 to $120,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on individual units acquired and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
