Build the activity and sales track record needed to move into Activation Specialist or Team Lead roles. Take on stretch responsibilities as you show readiness — scouting locations, coaching newer reps. Handle basic paperwork / digital order capture accurately. . Requirements. . Genuinely interested in building a career here, not just working a shift. Coachable and open to feedback as you grow into more responsibility.

Reliable transportation to event locations near you. 18+ and authorized to work in the United States. No prior sales experience required — training provided. . Compensation. . Uncapped commission structure with strong earners typically in the $85K–$100K+ range depending on performance. . Daily / weekly payout opportunities depending on campaign. Clear advancement path into Activation Specialist and Field Sales Team Lead roles.
