• Lead students through electrical installations using professional‑grade equipment.
• Teach residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems based on your field experience.
• Pass on safety protocols and NEC code compliance.
• Demonstrate advanced techniques such as conduit work, motor controls, and system troubleshooting.
• Mentor students from beginners to confident professionals.
• Build lasting relationships with students launched into careers.

• 3+ years of licensed electrical experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Solid foundation in electrical installation and service work.
• Expertise with single and 3‑phase power systems.
• Proficiency in raceway and conduit installation.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations.
• Experience with motor controls, lighting controls, or solar installation (valued).
• Low voltage systems knowledge (appreciated).
• Teaching experience welcomed but not required.

• Monday‑Thursday schedule with 3‑day weekends (part‑time evenings available).
