Schedule: Full‑time. You will be a full‑time student in the Service Professionals HVAC Academy for the Spring 2026 Class.

You will attend trainings led by our in‑house trainer, following a defined curriculum. Attendance will be strictly monitored. You are expected to develop the skills required to diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, leading customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

You must be able to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop, handle controls, hear, and talk. You will need to reach with your hands and arms, climb ladders, and work in hot/cold environments such as crawl spaces. You will regularly lift 50+ pounds and be able to use close vision and adjust focus as required. The work environment can vary with season and scope of work – you will be expected to be outside throughout multiple seasons.
