We invite full-time Residential HVAC Service Technicians to join our team in Union, NJ.

- Compensation can start at $25–$50 an hour and may reach $80,000–$170,000 total for high performers.

Qualifications- Deep technical HVAC knowledge, with a focus on the residential sector.
- Relevant state licenses and certifications.
- Expert knowledge of safety regulations and local codes.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Fluency in English.
- Diagnose and resolve complex residential HVAC issues while building strong customer relationships.
- Identify potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns or callbacks.
- Explain multiple options to the client, keeping them updated with each service performed.
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best options (quality and financial value) and servicing agreements.
- Understand your service metrics and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.

PhysicalDemands
To perform the duties of this job, you are regularly expected to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop, and use your hands. You must be able to reach with your hands and arms, climb ladders, work in hot/cold environments such as crawl spaces, and lift 50+ pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work;
you will be expected to be outdoors throughout multiple seasons.
