About the Opportunity

As our Fullstack Engineer, you will be part of a fast-paced, high-energy, global team passionate about making small business owners more successful through good marketing and design. This is an excellent opportunity to join a diverse, dynamic team with great company culture.

• Product Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions for our email marketing platform. Focus on creating features that enhance user experience and meet customer needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and other Engineers, to iterate on product features and development processes.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Follow best practices in software engineering and contribute to code reviews to maintain high standards.
• Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges, optimize application performance, and find innovative solutions to improve our product.
• Testing & Deployment: Ensure thorough testing and smooth deployment of features. Participate in continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Mentorship & Growth: Share knowledge and best practices with team members. Engage in mentorship opportunities and contribute to the growth and professional development of colleagues.

What you need to be successful

Strong computer science foundation and problem-solving skills

Good (at minimum) and excellent (preferred) written English skills for documentation and communication with the team

5+ years of experience in software development

Strong product mindset, know how to bring ideas into reality

Experience with SaaS problems like fair usage, noisy neighbor

Experience with a high-paced startup environment where refactoring and requirement changes are normal

Nice to haves:

Experience with AI/Machine Learning

Experience building and adopting internal tools

Experience in debugging and improving web app performance

Experience working with AWS services

Experience working with large databases like sharding, partitioning, no downtime migration

Experience working with Martech (email deliverability, tracking, embed analytics)

Experience working with Fintech (handling transactions, money flow, fraud prevention)
