Housekeeper - Part time (Maintenance)

Union Post Acute offers a truly home like environment for all residents, whether in the 40 bed assisted living or the 88 bed skilled rehab in rural Union, SC. As the only of our kind in the area, we pride ourselves on delivering patient-centered care across the spectrum of care. We are looking for compassionate and talented individuals to join our work family.

We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team.

• $15 p/hour
• On the job training
• Advancement opportunities throughout our network in SC

• Maintain all public and common areas throughout the day including lobby, restrooms, drinking fountains and floors.
• Maintain the cleanliness of resident rooms and bathrooms.
• Maintain handrails to ensure they are clean and free of debris.
• Clean and remove dust, dirt or food off walls, mirrors, windows, light fixtures, towel bars, towel dispensers.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Utilize proper safety measures when cleaning, including the use of caution signage and keeping supplies and chemicals out of reach of the residents.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a Long-Term Care or healthcare setting preferred
• A drive to serve others.
• The ability to pass a drug screen & federal background check
