• Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests.
• Prepare product for sale (icing, decorating, pricing, packaging and labeling).
• Maintain product level, quality and freshness.
• When requested perform bakery clerk functions.
• Maintain sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area and sales area.
• Properly clean work area, couplers and decorating bags.
• Maintain the organization of the freezer, including proper rotation of product according to variety.
• Communicate guest requests to management.
• Communicate temperature breakdowns to supervisor.
• Keep supply area neat, clean and tidy at all times.
• Properly rotate icings (including how to read dates of icings(/[])and scrape down buckets.
• Use cake manual as reference material.
• Write on cakes.
• Properly giving mix what colors according to color chart.
• Master the use of the airbrush.
• Similar cake production sheet.
• Achieve budgeted sales, swing and profit for the cake section of the bakery.
