We are currently seeking a Instructional Coach to work side-by-side with teachers to successfully improve instruction, implement lessons, and accelerate intervention.

• Models and coaches instructional methods in a variety of settings (whole group and small group) and provide follow-up support.
• Provides daily targeted intervention to students struggling with the assigned curriculum.
• Collaborates with and coaches teachers on the use of assessment data to plan instruction; analyze school numeracy data and plan for future curriculum instructional needs.
• Works with administrators and teachers to facilitate lesson studies, lead professional learning communities, and identify targeted professional learning needs.
• Assists school administrators and teachers in implementing, strengthening,, and organizing curriculum instruction and intervention.
• Serve as a content specialist to assist in the development and implementation of campus instructional plans that align with district goals and curriculum.

Pay Transparency:
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000. Base pay offered may vary within the posted range based on several factors, including but not limited to education, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field required
• Master’s degree preferred
• Valid teaching certificate required
• At least five years of successful teaching experience
• Experience in development, preparation, and presentation of professional development preferred
