Paid Media Specialist

• Build and manage Google, Meta and programmatic campaigns across several verticals
• Work inside platform certification and special ad category restrictions
• Report on contribution margin and cost per signed customer, not clicks
• Say when a channel isn't viable for a client rather than optimising it forever

If you have most of “what we need” and none of these, apply. The list above is genuinely optional rather than a hidden requirement.

We hire when we meet the right person, not against a headcount plan. There’s no closing date and no advantage to applying in the first week. How hiring works here

• A conversation — what you’ve built, what you want more of, what you’d rather never do again.
• A short practical exercise related to the real work. Paid where it takes real time; no week-long take-homes.
• A conversation with the people you’d work alongside — two-way, so you can interview us back.
