We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Lab Manager to lead and support the assembly, alignment, and testing of RF/Microwave electronic component assemblies. This position involves managing processes from PCB sub‑assemblies through module integration and full system‑level testing, ensuring compliance with stringent performance and reliability standards.

• Assembly & Testing: Oversee assembly, alignment, and testing of RF/Microwave components and systems
• Procedure Development: Create in-process test procedures and data sheets for PCAs, modules, and system-level testing
• Fixture Design: Design and develop system interface test fixtures
• Documentation Review: Analyze customer specifications and supplied documentation for compliance
• System Testing: Manage top-level testing including Thermal Cycling, Thermal Vacuum, Vibration, Shock, and EMI
• Engineering Documentation: Prepared and maintain:
  • Failure Reports
  • Discrepant Material Reports (DMR)
  • Recovery Test Plans
  • End Item Data Packages for customer acceptance
• Data Management: Organize and maintain test data for internal and customer review
• Support: Provide tools, test equipment, and procurement support for engineers and technicians

• Deep understanding of RF/Microwave system designs
• Knowledge of temperature compensation using thermistors (PTC and NTC)
• Familiarity with EEE parts selection for space applications, including characterization, screening, traceability, derating, and radiation requirements
