Engineering Lab Manager is required to support the assembly, alignment, and testing of RF/Microwave electronic component assemblies starting with PC sub‑assemblies to modules to system integration.
Responsibilities:
- Parts/Material/Process program requirements.
- Top‑level system test requirements including Thermal Cycling, Thermal Vacuum, Vibration, Shock, and EMI testing.
- Failure reports (if required)
- Discrepant Material Report (DMR)
- Recovery Test Plans
- Engineering change notices for customer review and internal component updates.
- End‑Item Data Packages for submittal to customer for review and acceptance.
- Data management (storage and maintaining of test data for company review and accessibility).
- Tools (universal for RF/Microwave assemblies)
- Test equipment (specific to each program)
- Equipment rental/purchase.
