Full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse at our Garden City office. LPNs help prepare rooms for patients, organize supplies, and assist during procedures. Previous healthcare experience is required.

Full time, 30+ hours. Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays within operating hours of 7:00 am – 7:30 pm. Flexibility to cover in a team environment is needed.

• Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance quality of service and care for patients and providers
• Assist physician in medical, cosmetic, and laser procedures
• Assist provider in recording prescribed treatments, medications, biopsies, cultures, photos, prescriptions, prior authorization, and procedures within established guidelines
• Understand provider-to-patient flow and anticipate next steps
• Prep rooms before and after patients, including checking all equipment at the start of each shift
• Provide pre‑care and post‑care treatment instructions as needed
• Daily scan all retail and cosmetic products and medical supplies and alert head MA/GM of any low level supplies
• Perform inventory responsibilities and stocking of supplies and equipment as requested
• Attend all in‑house training and continued education opportunities

• Practical Nursing Certificate
• Healthcare experience required
• Dermatology experience preferred
• Surgical experience preferred
• Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems
• Computer savvy – familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Excellent patient relationship and customer service skills
• Open availability to work during weekdays and weekends
• Working knowledge of HIPAA & OSHA compliance

Hourly Pay Rate: $27 – $33
