Base pay range: $200,000 – $300,000 per year.

Job Details

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• $250k+ book of business – portable.
• 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
• Corporate & Securities (M&A, governance, financing)
• Commercial Litigation
• Health Law (transactional and regulatory)
• Real Estate
• Trusts & Estates
• Demonstrated ability to originate and grow a practice.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex matters and deliver exceptional client service.
• Hybrid work capability in Uniondale, NY.
