Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience for our Uniondale office.
Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support litigation efforts.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and motions.
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to develop and execute case strategies.
- Participate in court appearances, hearings, and negotiations.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and advocacy.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must have an active NY state bar license.
- Minimum of year of litigation experience in the commercial law (contract disputes, partnership disputes, bankruptcy litigation, class actions, securities litigation, consumer protection) practice group while in NY.
- Prior employment at a premier law firm.
- Successful completion of a Federal Clerkship.
- Involvement in Legal Law Journal/Periodical while in Law School.
- Exceptional academic record.
- Excellent writing skills, as demonstrated by a writing sample.
- Proficiency in end-to-end case management, showing a comprehensive understanding of the legal process.
Minimum 3 days a week in office
2 days a week remotely

The annualized salary range for this position is $120,000 to $155,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
