Pay Rate: Up to $34/hr

• Resident Care:
  Administer medications, treatments, and supplies with accuracy and compassion.
• Care Planning:
  Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet residents’ unique needs.
• Clinical Expertise:
  Provide wound care, treatments, and other nursing procedures to ensure residents’ health and comfort.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate and timely medical records, charting all observations and treatments.
• Confidentiality:
  Protect resident privacy in compliance with HIPAA standards.

• Current LPN license in the State of New York.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred, but not required.
