What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
• Document and report any unusual activity or incidents according to Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to personnel and visitors within the aerospace and defense environment.
• Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials and monitoring entrances and exits as required by site-specific guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address questions and provide assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
